If you are reading this section, I think, you are interested in the idea of organizing an association. This question was raised during the last Moscow seminar in November 2010.

We appeal to people who are interested in the matter and who can and want join us.

The association being a noncommercial society, we would like to find volunteers and to create an initiative group to coordinate the activity and to run the association.

I propose a registration procedure. It will not take up much of your time but it will help us easily communicate in the long run. Then we’ll create a participants catalogue and place there information about members of association

In the nearest future we will prepare a memorandum of association and propose it to you for in-depth discussion.
